At the Mulberry Agency, we consider our nannies to be part of an elite group. All candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3+ years of professional nanny experience
• Make a full time commitment of at least 30 hours per week
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or be a current undergraduate student
• Commit to a family for at least 1 year
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.

Many families value additional qualifications such as formal education in child development, teaching experience, musical talent, fluency in a foreign language, and nutritional knowledge.
