Patrice discovered her personal calling for childcare at an early age and has been passionate about caring for kids ever since.
Born and raised on a farm in North Florida, Patrice prides herself in being a small-town girl with strong family values and a solid work ethic. Even during college, Patrice still found time to spend with kids, working as a nanny nights and weekends. So when she moved to New York and was offered a job as a nanny for a high-profile, celebrity Mom, she jumped at the offer. Seasoned by the active lifestyle requirements of a busy professional, Ms. Novkov has particular insight into what families with demanding careers and travel schedules require.
Patrice knows how to spot a phenomenal nanny because she’s been one herself. Combine her years of experience as a professional nanny with her education and business knowledge (in addition to having a BA she also attended law school) and you have an expert nanny placement specialist. She has everything it takes to guide both families and nannies through the “matchmaking” process.
